Agreement
These terms cover your use of Fantasy Football Outsiders (“FFO”) at fantasyoutsiders.com. By using FFO, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use FFO.
What FFO provides
FFO publishes NFL usage statistics for fantasy football: player and team usage, leaderboards and weekly talking points. There are no paid plans today.
Expected points and other model estimates are estimates, not guarantees or forecasts. They are labeled on every page, and how they are made, including how well they have tested, is published on the methodology page. You're responsible for your own fantasy decisions. FFO is not a sportsbook, doesn't accept wagers, and doesn't give betting advice.
Acceptable use
When using FFO, don't:
- try to access systems you aren't authorized to use, or probe, disrupt, or overload the site;
- scrape or bulk-download the site, or use automated tools to get around limits;
- resell FFO's outputs or use them to build a competing service without written permission; or
- use FFO to break the law or to harass anyone.
Data sources and licences
- Football data comes from nflverse under the CC BY 4.0 licence. Data: nflverse (CC BY 4.0); modified by Fantasy Football Outsiders. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have in nflverse data under that licence.
- FFO is independent. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, its teams, or any fantasy platform, and their names and marks belong to their owners.
FFO's content
FFO's software, design, text, and model outputs belong to FFO, apart from third-party data used under its licence. You may use the stats for your own fantasy decisions and share links or short excerpts with credit to Fantasy Football Outsiders.
Availability and changes
FFO is a young product. Features can change, pause, or be removed. Every stats page shows when its data was last updated. We don't promise that FFO will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current.
Disclaimers
FFO is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, FFO isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost fantasy winnings, prizes, entry fees, or other losses from decisions you make using FFO. Our total liability for any claim relating to FFO is limited to what you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, which is nothing while FFO has no paid plans. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use FFO after an update means you accept the updated terms.
