How to read this
- Each number adds up what every opposing player at the position did against the defense, then divides by the games the defense has played. Players count at the position on their player page.
- These are small samples. With 3 games per defense so far, one big game from one player can move a defense a long way up or down the list.
- Fantasy points are each player's official weekly total, so they include things like two-point conversions and lost fumbles. Targets, carries, air yards and red-zone chances count plays from scrimmage only. Kickers and team defenses aren't included.
- It describes what has happened so far, not what will happen. The offenses a defense has faced shape these numbers too; each team's page lists them game by game.
